Pray that missionaries would remain confident in God’s Word, even as they pour themselves out to learn other cultures and pursue humanitarian relief.
Pray that missionaries would be filled with God’s Spirit. Believers already have the Holy Spirit dwelling within them, but at times the Spirit fills people in a special way to enable them to proclaim God’s Word.
Pray for victory in spiritual warfare. When missionaries take the gospel into other nations, they are going into a spiritual war. The devil is dead-set on destroying souls and diverting God’s mission.
