Technical Director

The Technical Director has direct oversight and responsibility over the audio, lighting, video and production of Crossroads, leading the Technical Team. The Technical Director will work with the Worship Arts and Technical teams on a weekly basis and coordinate production volunteers, equipment and resourcing needed for the presentation of weekly gatherings and events. The Technical Director, along with the Technical Team, is responsible for providing technical support and excellence for every gathering and ministry event at Crossroads. The candidate will help build a spirit of excellence, service, and joy in all tech-related ministry areas.
