Pastor / Director

The Pastor / Director will have a passion to change individuals’ lives, both from within the Crossroads church body and from within our community and our world.

The successful candidate will oversee and execute weekly Ministry gatherings and train/nurture ministry volunteer groups that connect our church family. Additionally, they will train small group leaders to execute engaging events that draw our community together and give them an opportunity to invite friends who do not know Jesus or go to church, to taste and see what God is up to.
