Kids Assistant Pastor / Director

The Kids Assistant Pastor / Director will have a passion to change kids’ lives, both from within the Crossroads church body and in the Clark County community at large, by overseeing the team who leads nursery through elementary age segments of the Crossroads Community Church family.

The successful candidate will cast and support vision for the kids, volunteers, and families, including weekly gatherings for kids ages 0 – 5th grade, volunteers in a monthly rotation, kids ministry staff members, parent training events, and large-scale kids events.
