The Bible tells us simply, "Without vision, my people perish." (Proverbs 29:18) And by "vision," Solomon meant an understanding of who God is. You see, as we come to know who God really is and who we are, we can grow, flourish, and experience life the way God designed it to be. In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus paints a glorious masterpiece as He describes what it looks like to follow Him.
