Lindsey Ponder

Lindsey is a born-and-bred Pacific Northwesterner and a lover of words and people. She’s passionate about how God uniquely expresses his character to his people through the arts and loves to be a part of cultivating beautiful ways to share his gospel.

Lindsey has been serving in music and fine arts ministries as long as she can remember. The Lord re-routed Lindsey from pursuing a career in news journalism to full-time ministry, and she graduated with her bachelor’s in communications from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago in 2018. At Moody she served as a Teaching Assistant for biblical exposition and uncovered a love for teaching the Word of God. She hopes to start (and complete) an MA in Theology in the next few years.

Lindsey is thrilled to serve on the Creative Arts team at Crossroads and embrace the opportunity to encourage and connect the stories of others to the freedom, joy, and ongoing redemption available in the Best Story, the gospel of Jesus Christ.

When she’s not at her desk, Lindsey is probably hiking, writing poetry, exploring the Oregon coast, attending random underground concerts in Portland, or drinking coffee with friends.
