Crossroads Community Church is looking for a full-time Creative Production Specialist to lead all elements of production in the areas of video broadcasting, lighting, live media, and ProPresenter while also supporting the creation of digital and creative content that advances the mission of Crossroads. The role is responsible for producing excellent experiences at in-person and online services and events through technical production, media systems, and volunteer leadership. The role also serves as a bridge between production and creative by creating video, digital, web, and visual content that supports weekend services, ministry initiatives, events and church-wide communication efforts. Â
