At Crossroads Community Church, we are a family of faith, fully engaged, transforming our community and our world.

Founded in 1975, Crossroads Community Church began with 350+ people and quickly became a pioneer megachurch in Washington state. Located in beautiful Vancouver, Washington, just north of Portland, Oregon, this picturesque town served as the perfect place for God to demonstrate His heart for the lost and the hurting.

Now over 40 years later, Crossroads is running full speed on all cylinders, exploding in every way imaginable. We are seeking a full-time Kids Coordinator. This position provides high-level administrative support to our Kids Ministry, with a calling to lead and share with children that Jesus is Real. The candidate will coordinate the Kids Ministry programming, events, and lead 100+ volunteers for the team that oversees nursery through elementary age segments of the Crossroads Community Church family.

The right candidate will have a strong sense of ownership and bias for action, be customer-service oriented, and have the ability to meet tight deadlines. The successful candidate will support ministry programming and events with a high level of integrity, hospitality, and remarkable attention to detail.

This position requires hospitality and remarkable attention to detail. The successful candidate will have a high level of integrity, be able to handle multiple and confidential diverse tasks, and work independently. This position also requires great interpersonal skills for interaction with our congregation, suppliers, and other staff members.
