Trusting in God is something that doesn’t come naturally to us. Trusting God is something that requires tremendous discipline and intentionality. The children of Israel wrestled with this over their long-recorded history, and it caused them to miss out on entering into the Lord’s rest. In our message today, we focus on the finished work of Jesus on the Cross and how trusting in Him leads us to “fire ourselves” from believing that we can redeem ourselves in our own ability.
