Lids can be awesome when used appropriately…Yet sometimes, lids can become a barrier instead of a blessing. In the case of the paralyzed man who was carried to Jesus by his 4 friends, the roof of the house where Jesus was preaching prevented the man and his friends from the healing influence of Jesus.
