Ralph grew up as a missionary’s child in Guatemala. Being raised in another culture and in a Christian home, helped shape who he is today.
Following graduation from Biola University, Ralph taught school and later became a school administrator. In 1983 he moved to Vancouver, Washington to serve as minister of education at Crossroads Community Church.
Currently, Ralph is the mission’s pastor and oversees all pastoral care ministries in the church. He also serves on Crossroads Community Church’s board, as well as providing insight and direction to church ministries as part of a managing team of pastors.
Ralph is married to Kathy who teaches middle school. He has two grown children, Anna and Ted and two grandchildren, Kingston and Ruby.
