Let’s fight food insecurity for kiddos this fall!

For the months of October, November, and December, we will be partnering with FISH of Vancouver Food Bank to set up and run a mobile food pantry at Walnut Grove Elementary School.

There are two ways to serve:

1. Food Box Assembly at FISH of Vancouver – We will be assembling 200 food boxes at FISH of Vancouver, which will not only support the Mobile Food Pantry event at Walnut Grove Elementary, but also other sites that are benefitting from FISH of Vancouver’s Mobile Food Pantry throughout the week.
2. Food Box Distribution at Walnut Grove Elementary – We will distribute the food boxes assembled by the Food Box Assembly team to families at Walnut Grove Elementary School. Volunteer duties include setting up for the event, helping with check-ins, handing out food from the FISH Mobile Food Pantry, and managing client flow, and tearing down the event afterward.
