- Prayer is a decision to explore new things everyday in your relationship with God
- The only thing that is recorded in the Bible that the disciples asked Jesus to teach them was about prayer, they knew Jesus was a man of prayer and they wanted to pray like Him
- This pattern of prayer puts God first and at the center, but then also brings all aspects of life, even the trivial parts, to Him as well

- Sometimes God chooses to delay because He is working on a bigger plan
- We need to come to God and keep on coming to Him, as we continue coming to Him, He will answer our prayers, it’s not a one time thing
