The Social Media Coordinator will create and monitor all aspects of social media for Crossroads, creating consistent brand messaging across platforms, and ensuring the accuracy of its delivery, creativity and consistency. This position provides a high level of support to our Executive Pastor of Operations and communications team.
The successful candidate will understand internal and external communication, marketing, advertising, media, and public relations in either a church, non-profit, or similar setting. This individual will be successful in building ministry alliances and teams, creative thinking, systems management, and creative problem solving. Required technical skills in written and oral communication are imperative for this role, and an understanding of how graphic design, web, and multimedia serve in the communications process.
