Here at Crossroads, we believe in the power of prayer. We are committed to the practice of prayer both individually and corporately. As a result, we see the hand of God moving in our lives, and in the lives of those around us.

In 2023, our church led us through a message series on prayer called Into the Deep. It covered the importance of prayer, how to pray, and other practical tips. This series will help you grow in the spiritual discipline of prayer.
Message Series on PrayerCorporate Prayer Opportunities
Currently, we have two opportunities for corporate prayer that are both open to anyone who would want to attend.
- Our pre-service prayer happens every Sunday at 8:10 am. We pray for our Sunday services and all the ministries happening on campus, as well as those who will be joining us for church.
- Prayer360 is an opportunity for our church family to join together in around-the-clock prayer. You can sign up for a 30-minute time slot and follow our prayer guide as you pray each day. Click HERE to get started.
How Can We Pray For You?
We know that it’s not always easy to open up and share what’s going on in your life. But life gets messy, and no matter who we are, we need people to come alongside and support us in prayer. If you need prayer for a specific need, let us know and your request will go to a committed team of prayer partners who regularly meet and lift people up to God in prayer.
Please don’t include advertising, vulgarity, political agendas, slander, personal information such as phone numbers or addresses, or personal accusations.
We pray over many requests each day so please keep it an appropriate length so we can give each request equal attention.

Pray for my cousin Donna. She fell up some stairs breaking her pelvis and hip. Her femur bone went up into the pelvic bone. She had it all replaced, got home and it keeps popping out of socket. She has to have surgery this morning to put in a larger one. This will be a long recovery.

Jesus please forgive me of my sins in my workplace, placing blame on others harshly when things do not go my way. Remind me in those time that God still loves for my achievements through him and also my failures that lead me to growth. In Gods name amen.

A family friend named Tom was just sent to OHSU with a possible brain tumor. Please be praying for him and his family.

I NEED PRAYER FOR A JOB

Hey prayer peeps, thank you for praying faithfully, it means so much, there are so few to pray for the dear people I post about. My Nephew Justin, is coping with aggressive leukemia, epilepsy, the shut down means working without pay, and this tues morn he is having imaging to check his liver, pancreas and other things. That afternoon he meets a new oncologist. He can't travel far and hasn't seen his mom Kathi (in the nursing home) in months. My sister Barb was diagnosed with pancrease/liver cancer. She is flying out this tues and is very scared. Her husband will pick up a lot of stuff and my sister Sandi has many issues. I am having an ultrasound tomorrow as there is concern of kidney cancer. Thank you that God is bigger but it its tough stuff! Blessings! Pat

I've been dealing with a lot of anxiety, fear, and insecurity in my relationship with my soon to be fiance. I think it comes from things from my upbringing, my past divorce, and mistakes I made in my past marriage/life. I have also neglected my relationship with God a bit the last year or so, and been trying too hard to fix myself on my own. My girlfriend is amazing, but my struggles have caused distrust and hurt that are not grounded in truth but in the lies of my fears and anxieties. My prayer request is that I am able to reconnect with God, trust him and his love for me, and that by his power the anxieties and fears will be quieted and I can be confident in Him alone, not myself or the approval of others.

Pls pray for complete healing of William’s cough and colds (it’s been 2 weeks) and his back is hurting due to constant coughing. Praying God will stop the cause of coughing and it will never worsen in Jesus name and it’s not something serious in Jesus name! For my kids to be healed from cough and colds. Healing of cherry, john , Esther , Carla, victor, Geraldine , Roy Ian, noel and joy and their respective families and for provision , breakthrough, victory and protection from all the wiles of the devil in Jesus name! Amen.

Pray for the Country of:
China
• Pray for Chinese Christians to stand strong amidst tightening religious restrictions and to engage in cross-cultural missions effectively.
• Pray that the Chinese government would proactively enter into constructive dialogue with local churches in order to understand that Christianity can be a positive influence for Chinese society.
• Pray for a renewed valuing of life to abolish abortion, suicide, abandonment, and human trafficking.
