Prayer

Learn to Pray

Here at Crossroads, we believe in the power of prayer. We are committed to the practice of prayer both individually and corporately. As a result, we see the hand of God moving in our lives, and in the lives of those around us.

In 2023, our church went through a message series on prayer called Into the Deep. It covered the importance of prayer, how to pray, and other practical tips. This series will help you grow in the spiritual discipline of prayer.

Corporate Prayer Opportunities

Pre-Service Prayer

Sundays at 7:15 AM

We pray for our Sunday services and all the ministries happening on campus, as well as those who will be joining us for church.

Monthly Prayer Meeting

Third Thursday of the Month at 9 AM

We gather for our Monthly Prayer Meeting from 9 AM to 10 AM in the Reach Center, located on the south side of the Family Room. Intentional time is spent praying for local, national, and global needs, as well as the personal needs of those who attend. The heart behind these gatherings is to provide a welcoming, non-intimidating space for anyone to come and pray, no matter where they are in their journey of faith.

Prayer360

Prayer360 is an opportunity for our church family to join together in around-the-clock prayer. Find weekly prayer prompts as we lift up our church, city, nation, and world to the Lord.

How Can We Pray For You?

We know that it’s not always easy to open up and share what’s going on in your life. But life gets messy, and no matter who we are, we need people to come alongside and support us in prayer. If you need prayer for a specific need, let us know and your request will go to a committed team of prayer partners who regularly meet and lift people up to God in prayer.

Please don’t include advertising, vulgarity, political agendas, slander, personal information such as phone numbers or addresses, or personal accusations.

We pray over many requests each day so please keep it an appropriate length so we can give each request equal attention.

If this is an emergency, please call 911.

If you would like to speak with a chaplain, please call 360-256-9711 and ask for a chaplain.

If you are considering taking your life, please call 988 (National Suicide Prevention Lifeline).

If you would like to share your request publicly but not share your name, please enter "Anonymous" in the Name field. Your email address will not be shared publicly.

Prayer Wall

Please pray for my daughters up coming custody hearing. This has been the hardest thing on her and our family! She is a young mother and her abuser is fighting for custody. I know God is on her side and our faith is strong but we could really use the power of our community’s help.

Good afternoon. Please pray for me. I’m an immigrant. I want to find a spiritual family here in America. I feel very lonely. In my homeland, I had a creative job I loved and many friends who were believers. Even though I’m with my family here in America, I feel very lonely. I want God to use my talents and experience as a professional. I also ask for prayer for the blood clots and polyps in my body to dissolve. Thank you for your prayers.

Our nephew Eric was admitted to St. Vincent, diagnosed with rhabdomyolysis. The protein in his system driving those numbers up is literally broken down muscle fibers circulating in his blood. That’s a big burden on kidneys, liver and potentially heart. They are flooding his system with fluids. So far no discernible damage to organs, but everything is working overtime. Eric’s numbers are above 38,000, as high as the test can even measure; other markers show some improvement. They will not release him until under 10,000. Normal is 200 or less. Still not out of danger for kidney failure so they’re watching closely. Please pray for this young family with a toddler, for strengthened belief as well as healing. Thank you!!!

Jesus the Christ is Lord and King (1st Corinthians 12:3). Please pray that in 2026 God move through our own actions to overturn the image painted of the Body of Christ by nonbelievers. Ask that He provoke empathy in even the most hardened of hearts within our Church that no member should find themselves in violation of the warnings in Matthew 25:31-46 or James chapter 5 when sheep are separated from goats. Finally, please ask that each member be inspired to live out the example of the One who created empathy before those in their daily lives through compassion.

Hello, I am being strongly attacked by the enemy through false religions. Could you please pray for me, that the enemy would not pursue me and that God would place His protection over me. Thank you, and blessings.
