Prayer

Learn to Pray

Here at Crossroads, we believe in the power of prayer. We are committed to the practice of prayer both individually and corporately. As a result, we see the hand of God moving in our lives, and in the lives of those around us.

In 2023, our church went through a message series on prayer called Into the Deep. It covered the importance of prayer, how to pray, and other practical tips. This series will help you grow in the spiritual discipline of prayer.

Corporate Prayer Opportunities

Pre-Service Prayer

Sundays at 7:15 AM

We pray for our Sunday services and all the ministries happening on campus, as well as those who will be joining us for church.

Monthly Prayer Meeting

Third Thursday of the Month at 9 AM

We gather for our Monthly Prayer Meeting from 9 AM to 10 AM in the Reach Center, located on the south side of the Family Room. Intentional time is spent praying for local, national, and global needs, as well as the personal needs of those who attend. The heart behind these gatherings is to provide a welcoming, non-intimidating space for anyone to come and pray, no matter where they are in their journey of faith.

Prayer360

Prayer360 is an opportunity for our church family to join together in around-the-clock prayer. Find weekly prayer prompts as we lift up our church, city, nation, and world to the Lord.

How Can We Pray for You?

We know that it’s not always easy to open up and share what’s going on in your life. But life gets messy, and no matter who we are, we need people to come alongside and support us in prayer. If you need prayer for a specific need, let us know and your request will go to a committed team of prayer partners who regularly meet and lift people up to God in prayer.

Please don’t include advertising, vulgarity, political agendas, slander, personal information such as phone numbers or addresses, or personal accusations.

We pray over many requests each day so please keep it an appropriate length so we can give each request equal attention.

If this is an emergency, please call 911.

If you would like to speak with a chaplain, please call 360-256-9711 and ask for a chaplain.

If you are considering taking your life, please call 988 (National Suicide Prevention Lifeline).

If you would like to share your request publicly but not share your name, please enter "Anonymous" in the Name field. Your email address will not be shared publicly.

Prayer Wall

Please pray for my mental health and emotional well-being. I have been struggling with sadness and would appreciate prayers for peace, strength, comfort, and healing. Please pray that my mind is filled with hope, that my heart feels God’s love, and that this sadness lifts so I can find joy and happiness again. Thank you for keeping me in your prayers.

Please pray for my family as I navigate both family treatment court and criminal court. Pray that the courts would work together and recognize the progress I have made in my recovery and compliance. Please pray for wisdom, favor, and positive outcomes so that my children can safely return home and our family can be reunited. Pray also for peace as I trust God through this process and continue growing into the mother and person He is calling me to be.

My husband, James was diagnosed with stage four small bowel cancer almost two years ago. The cancer has metastasized to other parts of his body. After several surgeries and procedures, the disease keeps spreading. He has been at Legacy Salmon Creek for almost a month. He currently received another surgery and has been on palliative care because he has been in the hospital for almost a month. We are asking for prayer and if anyone would be able to come pray with us at the hospital. Thank you for lifting us up in prayer. With gratitude, Jolyn

Thank you for always praying!! Asking for myself, I am coping with a lot of physical and mental health challenges and honestly it’s really getting me down and I need the help to get through all of this that the Lord provides! I need direction for sure and healing and help and I am also falling back into old coping patterns of turning to food to feel better. I have lost 60# in the last 4years and have kept it off but due too more stress than I could ever have imagined, I am falling into that again. Thank you for praying for me! pat
